Q: How do I login to my new account?

A: Go to domains.coop/ca/login

Q: I am not receiving a password reset email. How do I login?

A: Email support@domains.coop with a request to set a new password on your behalf

Q: Why is my domain not in my new account, within the new www.domains.coop area?

A: There is a 24-hour delay before the domain will be manageable again. Possibly 48 hours delay if the transfer initiates over the weekend. If you need to make any urgent updates, please send the details to support@domains.coop.

Q: Why am I getting a renewal reminder for a domain I have already renewed?

A: Your website is still being hosted with our old provider, and so we cannot turn off automated registrant emails, which include renewal reminders. You should login to your new account, or search for your domain on the WHOIS at www.nic.coop/whois to confirm the actual expiry date of your domain name
