Q: Why am I getting a renewal reminder for a domain I have already renewed?

A: Your website is still being hosted with our old provider, and so we cannot turn off automated registrant emails, which include renewal reminders. You should login to your new account, or search for your domain on the WHOIS at to confirm the actual expiry date of your domain name
